SOROTI FRUITS LIMITED (SOFTE) is a fruit processing factory. The company produces ready to drink fruit juice as well as concentrates from Ugandan grown fruits notably Oranges and Mangoes. SOFTE invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below;

Job Title: Sales Representatives

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Duty Station: Any part of Uganda

Purpose of the Job:

To drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representatives are responsible for selling company products, expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, calls, and networking.
• Promote and sell company products/services to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research and gather information on competitors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.
• Collect payments and ensure timely remittance.

Qualifications & Experience Requireed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, & Business Administration,.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Certificate in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
