It’s mango season at Soroti Fruits Limited, and things are getting juicy! Mango crashing is in full swing, as we work to process and package this delicious, tropical fruit into mango puree.

The process of crashing mangoes is a little different than other fruits. First, the mangoes are sorted by quality. Only the best mangoes are selected for crushing, while the others are set aside for other uses.

Next, the mangoes are washed and dried to remove any dirt or debris that may have accumulated on the skin. They are then fed into a destoner which removes the fresh from the mangos, preheated, decanted, finished, homogenized, UHT sterilized, and aseptically filled in aseptic bags in volumes of 200 Litres.

Mango season is always a busy time at Soroti Fruits Limited, but it is also a lot of fun. The sweet, tropical aroma of mangoes fills the air, and the taste of fresh mango is unbeatable. We are thrilled to be able to bring this delicious fruit to people all around the world.
